Is your Thursday sucking ass? Then let the dudes of Mutoid Man slap the boredom right out of you with “1000 Mile Stare”.

Stephen Brodsky (Cave In), Ben Koller (Converge), and bassist Nick Cageao (Saint Vitus Sound Engineer), throw caution the middle finger with another sonic masterpiece “1000 Mile Stare” from their mind-bending, soon to be released debut album, Bleeder. You can have a further taste of their mad genius by listening to “Reptillian Soul” and “Sweet Ivy”. Out of all three “1000 Mile Stare” has rocked me senseless, but all of these tracks are ridiculously awesome.

Stephen Brodsky on “1000 Mile Stare”, “It’s a song about being pissed that you can’t get through to someone,” and “Imagine trying to talk to one of those underwater corpses in the dead marshes from ‘Return of the King.’”
Nick Cageao says, “’1000 Mile Stare’ is a heartboner-inducing nose breaker, with hooks that would make Kanye jealous.”
